Dear Rally Partners,
There are so many things I want to say to you, but it’s going to take me a few Rally letters to do so. Please pray that you, as Rally Partners, may have a full understanding of what’s on the Father’s heart for Rally Ministry next season. Amen & Glory!
Okay, here we go!
What is Rally LA?
What is this new work that God is adding to us in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California? As we continue our Rallys (outreaches), making movies, producing content for Rally TV, and reaching the lost around the world, we’re on the verge of something BIG.
Let me share this special news with you: six years ago, I spoke at an actors’ workshop and talked about how God’s grace can make the difference, causing us to be influential and to shift the culture of the entertainment industry. The crowd went wild! They wanted to know more about God’s grace.
The following morning, The Lord spoke to me and said, “Rick, go back to Hollywood and start a once-a-month Bible study workshop. Teach the people about my grace and love. Call it ‘iRally.’” For the last six years, we have done that, and we’ve seen the hand of God move in great ways. But the word of The Lord came to me again and said, “Rick, once-a-month is not enough to make Rally Disciples. You need to minister once-a-week, every Sunday at 11 a.m. in Hollywood, and call it ‘Rally LA.’”
I said, “Lord is this a new church,” and He replied, “Rick, it’s going to look like a church, but you’re not going to do church as usual. It’s going to be something new.”
This is what the Lord said to me: Rally LA is a training center for those who have a dream––it’s a place for dreamers.
Rally LA is a place for those who have been called to Hollywood, to the entertainment industry, for those who know that they have a gift and a dream to make Christ known through the arts. It’s for those who want to reach the most influential city in the world.
At Rally LA, we want to give you a platform for your gift and your dreams.
At Rally LA, our mission is simply to equip you with the tools to help you thrive, not just survive, spiritually, physically, mentally, socially, financially, in your family, and in all your talents.
Rally Partners, we have seen, time after time, good people come to Hollywood. They try to make it. They get “discovered,” but end up cast by the wayside––most of them defeated. The Lord said it does not have to be this way. God has called us to overcome and live in victory. That includes our dreams. By faith, we are to take the land that He has called us to. Say amen if you can hear me!
Rally LA is the place that so many have longed for In the past. Rally LA has been called to help your people, your family, the people of God take back what the devil thinks he stole. No more, devil! God has a place. God has a people with boots on the ground in Hollywood, and we’re called Rally LA! Say AMEN!
Let’s see what The Word says about Rally LA! In the book of Acts, the prophet Joel said the following:
Acts 2:16-17 KJV
But this is that (Rally-LA) which was spoken by the prophet Joel;
And it shall come to pass in the last days (2020) saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh (Rally LA) : and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
Do you see it?! God said He is, “pouring out His Spirit upon all flesh: on your sons and your daughters, and they will prophesy.” “Prophesy” meaning to declare God’s works in the land! “And your young men shall see visions.”
“Visions” meaning to see as God sees! “And your old men shall dream dreams.” “Dreams” meaning dreamers shall see their dreams come to pass!
Let me ask you a question: Is the prophet Joel talking about you your sons and daughters, or someone whom you might know? If so, jump onboard and let’s possess the land––the city. Let’s take back Hollywood for God!
Folks, whether you’re holding this letter in your hands or reading it online, please stop and ask God to knit your heart with this vision. I ask you to pray and help us to reach, to teach, and to heal people in the most influential city on this planet. Join us in telling the devil that he is not lord over Hollywood, and that he must let God’s people go!

Rally LA launches Sunday, September 20, 2020, at 11 a.m., whether in-person, live online, or both. Either way, we’re going to SHAKE LA for the Kingdom of God and declare that Jesus is Lord in Hollywood!
