God is saying it’s His will for us to Finish Strong in 2021!
Strong and not weak; healed and not sick; rich and not poor; happy and not sad; blessed and not cursed! I have a question for you: are you going to end this year with a cry of sorrow or with a cry of victory?
The word cry means: To call out - To make a noise - To make a sound - to bring awareness
There are two types of cries: The wicked’s cry is a cry of pain, sorrow, and despair. That cry is a cry that has no hope! The believer’s cry is a declaration of victory, overcoming, happiness, and blessings. All is well when you hear that sound!
When the righteous cry God hears it. The way we properly cry out to God is by declaring His Word. A believer’s cry is a shout of faith, a shout of victory, and shout that says all is well! The cry the world hears from the wicked is a cry of complaint; they fight and protest against the truth, choosing to rebel against God. There are only two things that are being said when a cry is heard: “We can do this and win!” or “Hold on, we’re being overtaken.”
As children of God, the only sound that should be coming out of our mouths is the Word of God.
Psalm 34:17 KJV - The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
The believer cries out God’s Word back to Him. True believers cry out God’s word against all the works of the enemy, knowing this is how they overcome.
1 John 5:14-15 KJV - [14] And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: … [15] And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
The scriptures say that God hears the sound of our cry. I like to say it this way: God has ears that hear! So, what words are you crying out? Who are you crying out to?
Psalms 34:18-19 - [18] The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken (open) heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite (repentance) spirit. [19] Many are the afflictions (opportunities to use our faith) of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.
God delivers us from all afflictions! We live by our faith not by pain!
Hebrews 10:38 KJV - Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
Rally Partners, God wants us to finish 2021 strong by crying out His Word back to Him. Declare His word back to him and speak it out by faith!
I want to encourage you to pay attention to what’s in your heart and what is coming out of your mouth; this not only determines how your 2021 ends, but also how your 2022 begins.
